Love this a lot! LIke the idea of thin slicing too! I think for me, through the shortcuts lense, it's anything that saves time or offers a solution to a problem I haven't yet thought about. In terms of current challenges, they're things like knowing how to streamline all the different services and product offerings I want to put out there whilst having a smooth comms strategy that is sustainable (easy for me) yet effective (useful and impactful) for the end user/customer. E.g. I have thrivecart for digital products, Convertkit for email responses and purchase confirmations to those who have bought via thrivecart, I have my website and substack. When it comes to the user journey with all of that I get in a muddle, even though I'm brilliant at supporting my clients doing this with no fuss! A fellow ADHD brain over here so maybe that has something to do with it?! Any thoughts as someone who is great at simplifying processes? Maybe I am just wildly overcomplicating this?!
